After three consecutive years at second place, South Africa has been named the number one globally preferred front office Customer Experience (CX) offshore location. Placed second is India with a three-way placement for third place between Malaysia, Philippines, and Poland.
CX is many things, but it can broadly be described as the perception a customer or a B2B company has of a brand. These perceptions can lead to life-long loyalty to a brand. We should all be celebrating this outstanding achievement. To get this recognition on a world stage is outstanding.
Banyana Banyana clinched the 2022 Wafcon title and made our country proud- It's so great being able to bring the silverware home – well done ladies. The men Proteas also did an outstanding job drawing the one day’s and winning the 20/20 series against our arch enemies England the momentum is with them going into the Test series. The springboks are also well on their way to winning the series against the All Blacks for the first time on home soil for many years.
Skills are often overlooked. Customer service is a soft skill that can make a huge difference in companies.
We as South Africans often have the amazing ability to talk ourselves into a negative situation or to make a situation seem way worse than it is. This is often simply a cop out for poor results; one else is to blame, and the grey fuzzy noise gets dragged into meetings. Be positive and make it happen, don't focus on the negatives that you have no effect or control on. When the going gets tough the tough get going!
Working in the compliance space is often a difficult and frustrating space with companies at board level knowing that our products are essential to a company’s success, but that commitment is not always carried through to the middle management within the company and we find ourselves scratching for information at the last minute which leads to a collective frustration for all parties. Unless senior management effectively changes the emphasis in their company it is rarely a smooth process. Let’s never lose the fact that business is run by people and people buy from people rarely from companies. If your frontline staff are not aware of this, it can have negative effects on your company and raise perceptions that can take years to change.
Let us assist you with this simple process via a one-day workshop.
You are warned that Department of labour inspectors are still doing their rounds regarding Employment Equity and OHS. If this is not in place in your company, we would love the opportunity of assisting you.
Stop looking at B-BBEE as a grudge – it's essential and a good strategy plan will get you the results you want. We are the best in the business, and we can prove it!
We wish you every success for your last quarter of 2022
Sincerely
Hilton Johnson
