Each Client is assigned a Lead Consultant and administrative back up who are responsible for driving the project timelines, coordinating meetings, ensuring that the mile stones are met, while remaining the trusted contact point for you, the Client. Research includes screening and proprietary practices which may include industry trends, strategic motives, financial capabilities and history of the company among other criteria.
